Road Roller Association Membership Application Form

Please print out and then complete this form in BLOCK CAPITALS and send with your remittance by snail mail to the Membership Secretary, Mrs Dorothy Rayner, 'Invicta', 9, Beagle Ridge Drive, Acomb, York, YO24 3JH. Cheques should be made payable to the "Road Roller Association" and crossed.

The annual subscription runs for one year from month of joining. The current Membership rates are :-

• Adult Membership - £16.00 per year. This membership includes spouse and children under 16 years of age.
• Junior membership - £10.00 per year. For those up to the age of 18 who wish to be Members in their own right.

Alternatively, should you wish to pay by Standing Order, a suitable form may be obtained from the above address.
